Yemi is a graduate of Brown University, where she earned a degree in Neuroscience and Public Health. During her time at Brown, she trained as a Writing Fellow and conducted research on how children learn and develop cognitive skills. She has taught students in a variety of settings, from elementary school classrooms to college courses.

Yemi is passionate about fostering literacy, critical thinking, and academic confidence. She encourages students to engage deeply with questions and challenges by reading between the lines, thinking creatively, and developing the skills to become independent learners. Through her supportive and student-centered approach, she helps students grow both academically and intellectually.
