Brittany is originally from New Jersey and has called the Washington, DC area home for the past 15 years. She holds a B.S. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Elementary Education from Lehigh University. Since moving to DC, Brittany has worked as an educator, teaching Pre-K through 3rd grade. In 2018, she was honored with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching for her outstanding work in early childhood education. Passionate about mathematics, Brittany is dedicated to making math fun, engaging, and accessible for all students. She currently serves as a math instructional coach, supporting teachers in refining their practice and championing the belief that everyone can be a “math person” with the right tools and support.
